Floating Phantoms is highly sensitive to the privacy our customers and subscribers. We will not make any customer/subscriber's information that
they have provided us available to anyone else.
We will not send unsolicited emails to anyone, and will always provide a method to be removed from our email listings with each email sent.
We will limit our email usage. During the Halloween season (Sept-Oct), there will be an increase in the number of emails that are sent.
However, we will not send more that 4 per week.
Returns -
All sales are final. Defective product may be returned for an identical replacement. If product is not in stock, it may be exchanged for an similar product of equal or lesser value. No refunds allowed, unless a similar product is not in stock.
